Data Management From The Camera Onwards

Through today’s technologies, the film and broadcast industries have moved from film rolls and tape libraries to data centres. The content we produce, from camera through post-production to delivery, now follows IT-centric workflows requiring meticulous data management to enable the creative processes to flow seamlessly.

How should we handle this data through an end-to-end production pipeline? How does retaining shoot data influence the edit, grade and VFX processes? Good data management means the ability to enhance the creative process and also to catalogue, archive, search and find, supply and package our produced media efficiently. Join this session for invaluable industry know-how on how best to implement fast, efficient creative workflows.
